What are my payment options?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. Your billing statement will reference The Shamrock Companies, as the merchant for this site. If your are an existing customer you can place your order and we will send an invoice. Our terms our Net 30 days.

Will I receive an order confirmation?

Yes. We will send you an email message confirming your order within 24 hours.

How do I check the status of my order?

How do I return an item?

All sales are final with the exception of defective merchandise or incorrect item(s) shipped.  Please contact Customer Service at 440.899.9510 or email us at ShamrockCares@shamrockcompanies.net. We will provide you with return instructions to insure your credit is processed quickly.

Can you help me with special order products that are not shown on the site?

What if I don’t want to order the quantities listed?
